Do I need to be present in person to notarize a POA?

Is a private notary as legally valid as the government notary?

I am currently outside the UAE - can my POA still be signed?
This depends on the document and your location. Options can include signing before a UAE embassy or consulate abroad, or a remote/e-notary session where the document type is eligible. Tell MBM where you are and the realistic route is confirmed.
Do you notarize board and shareholder resolutions without every signatory present?

Does my document need a certified translation before notarization?
